After 18 years of serving as a Senior Physiotherapist within the NHS, I’ve recently taken the leap to open my own private practice in Dunfermline. My career has been defined by a deep commitment to neurological rehabilitation; I’ve spent nearly two decades helping people find their way back to independence after strokes, brain injuries, or while managing long-term conditions like MS and Parkinson’s.
I don’t believe in ‘one-size-fits-all’ clinical templates. I know that recovery can be a long, winding road, and I’m here to walk it with you—sometimes literally! As someone who finds my own peace and health in the outdoors with my dog, I love to bring that same ‘real-world’ energy to my sessions. Whether we are working on stability in the gym or building the confidence to navigate a local trail, my goal is to help you move better so you can get back to the things you love.
