Who can create a listing?
Listings are open to qualified professionals and legitimate businesses offering relevant services. We are currently accepting listings from personal trainers, yoga/pilates instructors, nutritionists, physiotherapists and gyms/studios. All submissions are reviewed before publication.
Is it free to be listed?
Liftum operates on a founding-member model. A one-off payment of £50 covers your first 12 months in the directory — no recurring charge until subscription pricing is established. Founding members lock in their status for as long as they stay. Visit the For Business page for full details.
How long does it take for a listing to be approved?
Most listings are reviewed within a few working days. Youu2019ll be notified once your listing is approved or if further information is required.
What happens if my listing is rejected?
If a listing does not meet our guidelines, weu2019ll contact you with an explanation and let you know if changes can be made for resubmission.
Can I cancel or remove my listing?
Yes, you can remove your listing at any time. Paid listing fees are not automatically refunded unless stated otherwise.
